Notes:

Domain name must
be managed by us.

If you do not
have domain name, we will get it for you. The
Registrant will be your name and we will manage
the domain name.

If you have your
own personal domain name and you want to use it
for the REALweb Classic, then you need to
transfer the domain name to us to manage. There
is no fee in transferring the domain to us. The
Registrant will still be under your name.

Do however take
note that a domain cannot be transferred during
the first 60 days after initial registration or
renewal of a domain
This
is to cater to different groups of subscriber
with different needs.

Which plan is for me?
a.
REALweb Value:
If
you are just looking for a short term "Shop
Front" to list your properties and expose them
in the most endorsed network system in
Singapore, and do not really advertise your
website address heavily, this is a good option.
b.
For REALweb Classic:
If
you are looking for a long term career in the
Real Estate Agency Industry, and would advertise
your website address heavily, REALweb Classic
should be the preferred choice
3.
What should I do if I already have a domain name
and I want to use it for my REALweb?
a.
If you subscribe to REALweb Value
For
REALweb Value, the Internet address (URL) of
your website will be of the form: [name].realshop.sg.
If you already have a domain name, you can just
point it to that URL at your domain name
register control panel. However, at your
website, the Internet address will still show
your website address as [name].realshop.sg.
b.
If you subscribe to REALweb Classic
i)
You will need to transfer your existing domain
name to us and we will manage it for you. This
is because REALweb websites will be
linked from the Nation Property portal (www.nationproperty.sg)
, which is supported by the government agencies, hence
we need to control and manage the domain name that is
tied to the REALweb websites.
But rest assure that
even if your domain name is transferred to our
account, you are still the rightful Registrant
of that domain name. We are only the managing
agent.
4.
How should I go about transferring my domain
name to you?
a.
You will need to indicate in the sign up form
that you have an existing domain name and would
like to use it for your REALweb.
Note:
For domain name that are registered or
renewed within 60 days, you are not able to
transfer the domain name.
b.
We will contact you on how to go about
transferring the domain name.
Please note that there will be additional fee
incur if the domain name is not .com. We will
advise you accordingly.
5.
What if my REALweb expired or I do not want to
use the REALweb any more, can I have my
domain name back or can I just renew the domain
name?
Yes, you can have the domain name back if it is
not expired. We will transfer the domain name to
you or your service provider. We will advise you
accordingly if there is any administrative fee
involved.
But if you just want to renew the
domain name and not the REALweb subscription,
the yearly renew fee will be at a competitive
market rate.
