Do I need to have a website to advertise at myGTA?

You do not need to have a website to advertise at myGTA for Listing Ads. However, it is an advantage to have one.
You do need to have a website for Specialist Ads.

Do I need to have an agent website provided by your company to participate in myGTA?

You do not need to have an agent website provided by our company to participate in myGTA. If you setup and manage your own website or subscribe agent website from other service provider, you are welcome to participate in myGTA.

However, please note that we do not allow agent website provided by service provider that link back to a property portal or website that shows other agents' listings.

What is Listing Ads?

Listing Ads are listings at the "Properties Available For Sale or For Rent" section of each myGTA. There is no limit on the number of listings to be listed in each myGTA. You can advertise your listings there with or without a website. You can check the price of each myGTA here or sign up here.

What is Specialist Ads?

Specialist Ads are agent ads listed at "Property Specialists" section of each myGTA. There are 2 types of Specialist Ads. 1 is called "Individual Specialist" and the other one is "Group Specialist". There are only 8 limited slot for "Individual Specialist". You can check the "Individual Specialist" price here and book it here. For "Group Specialist", please contact us.

I noticed that the price for myGTA is different for each myGTA?

The prices are different because different myGTA has different demand and situation.

Will the price for each myGTA be fixed?

The price for each myGTA is variable depend on market demand and condition. But we will not change the price unless it is necessary. However, once you booked the ads, it will be the price you booked.

When will my ads be up after I advertise?

Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm >> within 1 hour 6 pm - 12 am >> within 2 hours 12 am - 8 am >> within 2 hours after 8am	Saturday - Sunday (only online submission) 10 am - 12 am >> within 2 hours 12 am - 10 am >> within 2 hours after 10 am
All information submitted must be proper and payment must be made. For non account holders and first time advertisers, it may take a bit longer for the ad to be up because we need to perform more checking. Mondarlezo Cyber Media Pte Ltd reserves the right to change the above schedule without notice. Mondarlezo Cyber Media Pte Ltd also reserves the right to reject any url submitted.
