the retailer, all you have to do is to visit CASE office and
register your complaint.
Feedback Unit (Government)
Your Opinion Counts. The Feedback Unit was set up in 1985 as part of a
more consultative government. The role of the Unit is to solicit
feedback from the people that would help the government shape
and fine-tune national policies. It also helps Singaporeans to
understand the rationale behind these policies. The Unit would
serve as one of the many channels for the public to interact
with the government. It was not meant to replace any of the
existing channels. It would be an additional channel, reflecting
the more open and consultative style of the younger generation
leaders and their desire to forge a new consensus with
Singaporeans
